ANNIE HEILBRUNN

Annie is a print and multimedia journalist with The San Diego Union-Tribune and a five-time Emmy winner in the categories of Sports Storytelling, On-Air Talent and Journalistic Enterprise. She appears daily on the radio as the host of "Annie & Elsten" on 97.3 The Fan, a four-hour sports talk show, and is also  a field/sideline reporter and host for Bally Sports (formerly Fox Sports). In addition, she has worked as an anchor and reporter for NBC as well as a correspondent on the network’s “Football Night in San Diego” show.

 

A strong reporter who loves getting her hands on a good story, Annie values the professional relationships developed with players, coaches and other sources throughout her career. She is known for delivering everything from witty, entertaining interviews to stories and conversations with athletes that are emotional, revealing and sincere.
